Adhesion promoter HY-6040

Overview:

HY-6040 is a silicone compound with epoxy group, which can react with resin and inorganic substrate at the same time to increase the adhesion of the paint film to the substrate, and at the same time can improve the moisture and heat resistance, salt spray resistance and water resistance of the paint film.

Product Features::

1、HY-6040 is used as an inorganic surface treatment agent to activate glass wool, white carbon black, talc powder, mica, clay and wollastonite.

2、HY-6040 in glass paint, for increasing the adhesion of the paint film to the glass substrate has special effects.

3、HY-6040 can participate in the cross-linking of the paint film, thereby increasing the mechanical properties of the paint film. It can be used in alkyd, amino, acrylic, polyester, epoxy, polyurethane and other systems.

Recommended dosage:

At about 0.1%-1.0%, it can be added before and after production.
Precautions:

The grease and liquid water on the substrate must be treated clean before painting, so as not to affect the stability of the product. The choice of adhesion enhancer is subject to the results of the application experiment.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
