Product Description:
The additive is a wetting additive specifically designed for waterborne coating
systems to meet the customer's demand for superior wetting and defoaming efficacy. It is suitable
for waterborne polyurethane, waterborne acrylate, and waterborne epoxy systems.
Its unique non-foaming and super wetting properties are available. It is applied to
spraying processes, high-speed rolling processes, and difficult-to-wet
surfaces/substrates.

Product characteristics:
When HY-4000 defoaming wetting agent is applied
in water-based coatings, the ideal pH value should be between pH 6.5-8.5. If
exceeded in this range,
wettability decreases significantly over time. When applied to water-based ink
systems, it can promote pigment wetting, dispersion and prevention flocculation of pigments
improves the storage stability of the formulation, and improves gloss and color
ability
Suggested dosage and usage:
Can be added in original or pre-diluted form, pre-diluted with the recommended solvent can simplify the adding and mixing operation.
Amount added: 0.2-2%

Precautions:
This leveling aid is widely used, but the amount of addition and whether it is stable should be determined by experiments before use. This additive is recommended for use in all water-based coatings and inks.
Storage Packaging:
Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);
Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;
Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
